You Are Gods? Read the Whole Chapter and Understand….(it’s Only 8 Lines)
Psa 82:1 A Psalm of Asaph
The ELOHIM stands in the assembly of the mighty; He judges in the midst of the elohim.
( this first line tells us what is being discussed. It is a “council or a court of the heavens, where THE Elohim and the rest, the elohim, or all the spirit beings, those same ones that are spoken of in Genesis 1-6, THE Creator and those who He created with HIm, doing creation.n Yahuah are sitting in judgement., THE CREATOR, THE ELOHIM, is judging the rest all his created elohim, or spiritual beings, the angelic host.)
Psa 82:2 Until when will you judge unjustly, and lift up the faces of the wicked? Selah.
(Asaph is saying how long will the evil of the world continue without being judged by you Yahuah?)
Psa 82:3 Judge the poor and fatherless; do justice to the afflicted and needy.
Psa 82:4 Deliver the poor and needy; save out of the hand of the wicked.
(Asaph is asking for The Creator to judge the earth according to His true judgement and give people who deserve to have good done to them , those who have been oppressed by the world and the fallen angelic’s children the evil spirits, a break)
Psa 82:5 They neither know nor will understand; they walk in darkness; all the foundations of the earth are shaken.
( this is a true fact 99.9 percent of all people do not know the truth of the Word of the Elohim, they just know a few verses and believe what they have been told.. The foundations of the earth are the facts of creation, and no one barely even understands it or keeps the first command the Creator Yahuah gave during this event, resting on the Sabbath day to keep it holy. It is not a day that is worshiped. It is a day DECLARED HOLY BY THE CREATOR OF IT, and when we obey HIm, we are woshiping HIm.)
Psa 82:6 I have said, You are elohim, and all of you are sons of the Most High.
Psa 82:7 But you shall die as men, and fall like one of the rulers.
( this is Asaph speaking to the fallen angelic host who in Genesis 6 we are told:
Gen 6:1 And it came about that men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them.
Gen 6:2 The sons of THE ELOHIM saw the daughters of men, that they were good, and they took wives for themselves from all those whom they chose.
Gen 6:3 And Yahuah said, My Spirit shall not always strive with man; in their erring he is flesh. And his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.
the fallen angels who gave to us their children who became all evil spirits that have tormented mankind since the time of Noah’s flood and Asaph is reminding them that they will die because Yahuah declared that they would do so, just as men die, even though they were created as eternal beings.)
Psa 82:8 Rise, O ELOHIM, judge the earth; for You shall inherit in all the nations
(Here is a statement of fact by Asaph, The Creator, the Elohim , Yahuah will one day inherit from those who established nations, the fallen angels children. They were the ones to build cities, to rule over men and to spread evil in the whole world and one day their fathers, the fallen angels will be destroyed and die just like men do, something that Yahuah never intended when He created them.)
Now all you who read this can stop quoting one little line out of a whole verse and saying that you are being told YOU are GODS. YOU are not GODS and you will never be GODS. This is the problem of the whole Christian Church, they are blinded by wormwood and cannot understand even one word of the Word. because they do not know the whole thing, or even the whole chapter.
