MARY MAGDALENE: How to Change Your World

In a Group Channeling Occasion
Question: I have confusion about how, in terrorist attacks, somebody can pump people full of bullets and then shout: “God is great!” It’s such a distortion. I can’t figure out how anybody could do that.
Mary Magdalene: You must understand the heart of the person who did this. You must understand their training. You must understand their indoctrination. You must understand their pain and their struggles.
Your heart must expand to care as much about the ones who are being labeled “the terrorists” as the ones who are being labeled “the victims.” Your heart must expand to see that they are very little different from you. Of course you may not ever in the slightest way imagine killing someone with weapons or acting in the ways these people act. But you must walk in their shoes. You must understand what has led them to this point and you must, with compassion, open your heart to them.
It may be yours to try to change their circumstance or it may not be yours. Everyone has a different response and a different soul-calling relative to this situation. But everyone is called to love. The root of love is understanding—understanding the soul of that person who ultimately wants the same things that you do. It might be freedom; or access to resources; stability in their world; safety for themselves and their loved ones; opportunity to prosper, to grow, to manifest their dreams; longing for their heart to fulfill its callings…
They are not animals. They are not evil. They are not separate. They are simply responding to their circumstance and training, and doing their best to fulfill their soul’s calling. You must understand how desperate these people are. You must care about their desperation. This is what will change your world. If you do not understand, that is the beginning. Let that move you to find out, to go to the place where you understand how a being could come to this place.
This is the only thing that will ever bring change. Your world will not change until your light expands to include those whose light is not as strong as yours. Again, it does not mean you condone the actions. It does not mean you are passive, although it may not be yours to take active steps. It means that you do the inner work to open your heart to these beings. Otherwise you are the one who will suffer.

Mary Magdalene: This was the meaning of Yeshua’s words, “Forgive them, Father, for they know not what they do.” This is what all are called to. But it is not blind forgiveness. It is forgiveness based on deep understanding of the non-separateness between themselves and yourself, the understanding that they have the same needs, the same dreams, the same callings as you. You must understand that they have been deeply frustrated or hurt. and this has made them available to believe what some have put forward as a way out. They are hoping and doing their best, through the means they can see that are available to them, to find their way out of suffering. You must help them with your love and your light to see a greater path.
