Around the Farm: Thomas nets three points in Whale win
Christian Thomas broke out in a big way last night, notching an empty net goal and two assists in the Whale’s 4-1 win over St. John’s. Thomas played on a line with Kelsey Tessier and Michael Haley, and the trio combined for six points, including scoring the game’s first two goals on back-to-back shifts. Thomas notched the primary assist on both goals. Thomas’ empty net goal came with a little over two minutes remaining in the contest.
Cam Talbot had a stellar game, making 37 saves in the victory.
