The presumed top two safeties in the NFL Draft will be visiting the Jaguars later this week, Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union reports.
Per a league source, Ohio State’s Malik Hooker and LSU’s Jamal Adams – projected to be top-10 picks – will arrive in Jacksonville for two of the 30 visits each NFL team is allowed to host.
The Jaguars have the fourth overall pick April 27 and safety isn’t a glaring need after they signed strong safety Barry Church to join free safety Tashaun Gipson. Hooker and Adams might only land on the Jaguars’ radar if the first three picks are defensive linemen Myles Garrett, Solomon Thomas and Jonathan Allen and the organization is against drafting a tailback that high.
Also later this week, Alabama linebacker Rueben Foster and Clemson quarterback Deshaun Foster will visit.
