It has become the go-to website for perverts, voyeurs and those looking for an unsavoury webcam chat with a complete stranger.
But now internet chat site Chat Roulette is looking to introduce software that automatically blocks any images male genitals.
Users who visit the site and switch on their webcams are suddenly connected to another, randomly chosen person somewhere else in the world.

ChatRoulette can talk to each other, type messages or just say goodbye, hit the ‘next’ button and move on in an attempt to find somebody more interesting
But while unique visitors to the site have more than quadrupled in recent months, the site has come under fire from users who complained that it now the domain of men who only use it to flash.
Now, according to industry website Techcrunch, the site’s owners are looking to tackle the problem.
