The article states that according to a Reverend Landon West … the Serpent Mound in Ohio was built by God …
Now when I hear this kind of a "God" statement I always remember that those which may have been considered to be a God …. were simply celestial personas in governing representation of a great power source … possible the very light source of their star colony …
And I also remember that when things fell from their higher frequency place .. into this the 7th Universal Plane of deep dark space … most all Positive Light Sources soon became contaminated of the negative electron element … it was during these times in the which the Living Consciousness of the Master Creator … did no longer abide in unclean temples of those 'electron' contaminated power sources … nor in the contaminated light consciousness of an individual …
It was during this process of 'loss consciousness link' with the Master Creator … that appointed representatives of governing power sources … now void of the Divine Consciousness … became spokesperson for that star colony … and in time, many rulers fell from the Positive Divine way of character …
Now in this light of understanding … we can see why the article states how incredible of a people it was that built the Great Serpent Mound …
And states in spite of the magnitude of the construction, the builders incorporated some very sophisticated information … such as the lunar alignments and those of the solstices and equinoxes into the mound … and also into the road which together makes a figure very much like the Constellation Draco.

LOCUST GROVE – Scientists have been trying to uncover the secrets of Serpent Mound for 165 years. A new effort, which will include ground-penetrating radar and radiocarbon dating of soil samples, is to begin April 8 at the Adams County earthwork.
Nearly a quarter-mile long as measured by the centerline of its curves, Serpent Mound is the largest prehistoric effigy of its kind in the world. It was built on a ridge above the valley of Ohio Brush Creek by an unknown people, perhaps 1,000 to 3,000 years ago.
