The satanic elite and their renegade reptilians may have tapped into the gird signal transmission by some of their land and orbiting satellites … and even infiltrated some of the signal's control module … but the Ancient HAARP technology now has the ability to accelerated it's frequency above the frequency range of the satanic elite …
Many of the oil wells and reactors all around the world .. had sort of clamped down the mantle plates with something similar to drilling rods penetrating the earth’s crust … and did so as to prevent the shifting of the mantle plates at key points ….
And the negative elite and reptilian species have sort of held the people hostage in some of these areas as to prevent a forceful removal of these blockages … The negative elite and reptilian species do not want the pole shift to take place because it will close down their celestial wormhole alliance .. and open back up the original alliance of star trek colonies …
The pole shift will not only bring a multitude of celestial help into this region of space, all at one time … but will bring back the original celestial Saints which are associated with the earth/core alliance …
In my opinion, this is one reason why the Japan governments are not moving the people out of harms way … they are as celestial war hostages …
