Stupid people are allowed to waste tax payers money in publicly funded schools. I therefore decree that all stupid people be barred from education, which would serve them little use anyway.

Stupid people are allowed to protest, so I decree that all stupid people have their right to freedom of speech withdrawn.

Stupid people contribute little to the economy or overall well being of society, in fact they tend to be a drain on society, therefore I decree that all stupid people be put to death.

Stupid people will always draw on the exception to any rule and try to use that as a basis to further their agenda, therefore I decree that all stupid people have all rights removed from them; that they be sent to the mines to collect all the mineral wealth so that smart people can live a life of luxury. Once the stupid people have served their purpose, we can put them to death.
