Witness Statement: Me and my partner was about to go to bed and we was looking outer the window befor we heading up and we both saw a bright light in the sky and thought it was just a plane but it took a sharp turn towards out block of flats and every time it stop it used a light that lit up the sky and part of the floor and when it got to our flat it flew over the block with no sound what so ever
