Notice the arab guy on far right looking at crowd? Why would they put that in there?

"The arab guy really stood out to me and i thought i show some family, friends, and colleagues at work. no one noticed him till i pointed it out. Everyone did say it did look very dodgy and couldnt make out why they would put him on there.
I wanted to know what everyone thought about this.

Gee wiz a Arab guy looking at the crowd who are making a big to do out of a guy pole vaulting. You are in trouble if you think Arabs are your big problem when some of your own people would set up bombs to maim and kill fellow citizens. If you’re going to be suspicious be suspicious of everyone!!!!
