Witness Statement: A brightly glowing round, but slightly irregular in shape, red light, which was more orange in the middle, moved in an easterly direction past Ely Cathedral. As it moved away fairly rapidly to disappear behind buildings and distant trees it had an erratic side to side movement. The glowing red faded and then became more intense again. The sighting lasted around 30 secondsand was witnessed by myself and two others through a window and from inside the house.
