Witness Statement: I have just seen what appeared to be a plane with very bright bank of blue lights ( almost fluorescent) speed across the sky with 2 white flashing lights on each side. Opened back door to garden thinking maybe it was a police copter or plane but there was no sound at all coming from it. It was moving so fast I was unable to get a photo. Also have my mother with me who witnessed it too – any ideas???
