A team of researchers have discovered a strange ancient carving that is challenging our concept of early oceanic travels especially with the ages of when these voyages were to have taken place according to our understanding of history. Even more intriguing is that the carving seems to depict a race of humans that is not common for the area the object was found in which basically challenges the historical record. The item is only one piece of evidence that has come to light over the past century that seems to prove that many oceanic travels were taking place on a regular basis way earlier than history teaches us.
