Witness Statement: I was leaving work at Kingsdown Nr Bath, when i noticed 4 very bright lights in the south west. At first i thoght they were aircraft head lights as i was at quite a high location. As i drove home changing my point of view they did not move or chage in brightness. Then i noticed another light slowly fades up to join the others, i’m still thinking helicopters at this point. Then suddenly one of the lights makes a rapid decent and stops close to the ground, turns off then on then back up with equal speed. At this point im driving down hill so loosing my vantage point. From where i was they appeared to be over westbury/warminster.
