The Winter Solstice is upon us, and from this point forward, the light will begin to return to us for the year. My husband and I celebrate Yule, and look forward to a quiet, sacred evening.
My sister is over for a few days starting tomorrow. I'll be baking up a storm (cookies! pies! ham!) and helping her celebrate Xmas a little early (I think of it as “extended Yule”!)
