Mysteries of the Noctilucent Clouds …. no longer a mystery
Taking into consideration of the heights in which these clouds form … I would consider these mystical clouds to be partly the result of ever forming cloud mists associated with advance technology associated with Superconductor Magnetic Levitation ... which is at work there in the highest upper dimensional level of open atmosphere referred to as the 4th heaven or the 4th sky line of Mother Earth …
This 4th heaven would be the highest heaven having 3 succeeding levels of open skies all hided in their different time line levels ascension within the Mother Earth’s ionosphere …
And that every detected cloud is evidence of Superconductor Magnetic Levitation at work which is necessary to keep suspended large size “flat land foundations” … holding in place the many different celestial communities, or industrial plants and or commercial buildings … and cloud evidence of those celestial worlds kept secret from mainstream …
Mysterious Electric Blue Clouds Appear Again Over the Poles

Every year around this time, mysterious electric blue clouds appear over the North and South pole. They are called noctilucent clouds and they can only be seen in deep twilight, when the Sun is below the horizon. According to NASA, “their origin is still largely a mystery”:
Various theories associate them with meteoric dust, rocket exhaust, global warming—or some mixture of the three.
They are the highest clouds, located almost on the edge of space at 54 miles (85 kilometers) from the Earth’s surface, in the mesosphere. They are very difficult to observe, but they appear as white and blue tendrils when they are illuminated by the Sun and the rest of the atmosphere is in our planet’s shadow.

Night clouds or noctilucent clouds are tenuous cloud-like phenomena that are the “ragged-edge” of a much brighter and pervasive polar cloud layer called polar mesospheric clouds in the upper atmosphere, visible in a deep twilight. They are made of crystals of water ice. Noctilucent roughly means night shining in Latin. They are most commonly observed in the summer months at latitudes between 50° and 70° north and south of the equator. They can only be observed when the Sun is below the horizon.
They are the highest clouds in the Earth’s atmosphere, located in the mesosphere at altitudes of around 76 to 85 kilometres (47 to 53 mi). They are normally too faint to be seen, and are visible only when illuminated by sunlight from below the horizon while the lower layers of the atmosphere are in the Earth’s shadow. Noctilucent clouds are not fully understood and are a recently-discovered meteorological phenomenon; there is no record of their observation before 1885.
Noctilucent clouds can form only under very restrictive conditions; their occurrence can be used as a sensitive guide to changes in the upper atmosphere. They are a relatively recent classification. The occurrence of noctilucent clouds appears to be increasing in frequency, brightness and extent. It is theorized that this increase is connected to climate change.
it’s HAARP! look it up!!
So many still hold on to that HAARP scare … these whom are called cabal .. have used ancient technology and back engineered HAARP technology to do a lot of harm .. and branches of the quantum science associated with HAARP technology …. may even have something to do with the Mother Earth’s gravitational field holding in place these 4 upper successive levels of “sky atmosphere“, hidden within the Earth’s frequency levels of the ionosphere …
So yes …. in a-round about and elementary way … HAARP can be said to have something to do with the mysterious glowing clouds …
And to look up the information as you suggest without knowing the depth of HAARP’s quantum science … would still keep a mind hooked-hog-tied-and-collard in the elementary understanding associated with science of HAARP …
