Witness Statement: I was sat on the floor in the lounge watching tv the window was to the right of me (i’m on top of a 2 story flat) as i looked out at a crystal clear blue sky i saw what on first reaction was a black bin bag high in the sky heading towards me as it got closer i realised this dark object was moving in a controlled flight path and was rotating over and over again. It was dark grey almost black in colour was sort of diamond shaped but was not perfect in shape the thing that shook me was the movement rolling over and over. It was quite low estimated at about 600 to 700 feet high and about the size of a large family car. I got my binoculars and ran out side but could not see it through them (its harder than you think) so rather than waist time i watched by eye till it went out of view. This really shook me up but was glad i saw it because i’m a proper ufo geek. Has anyone else saw something like this . I saw this low flying craft clearly and sure others did too .
