Witness Statement: Driving in the car home from a trip, a circular shaped object with bright lights around the side and a dark shadowed dome underneath was seen rapidly ascending whilst driving towards the roundabout. It was not ascending like a usual plane, it was ascending vertically. By the time we had come round the roundabout to have a proper look, it had completely disappeared without a trace. No noise, no major flashes of light, no vapor trail, it had just disappeared. Stopped the car and got out, looking up at the sky for roughly five minutes to see if we could see it, but it had completely gone. Two other people in the car also saw the exact same thing, and upon trying to report it to the Ministry of Defence, we were turned away.
