Punched And Left For Dread
What comes to mind when you think of hot commodities that people may steal? Is it a cell phone, iPod (mp3 player), cash money or maybe even clothes? Sure, all of these would make the list, but what about hair? Yes, is hair so valuable that some people have turned to stealing it? For Mutsa Mandoko, from Zimbabwe, this was exactly the case. He was visiting a night club in Johannesburg, South Africa and obviously had one too many drinks. So many drinks that when his friends found him passed out in the club with his dread locks gone, he hadn’t even noticed. We’ll get to those friends in a little bit. But what kind of drunk do you have to be to not notice that your hair is being cut off???? WTH? I don’t get it. But not only were his dreadlocks gone, they were also sold on the black market.
One of Mutsa’s friends (and I use that term very loosely) said they found him passed out with his shaved, but his wallet and cell phone in tact. Right…..I think one of his friends may have been involved in this. What kind of friend lets you get that drunk in a club, but then is the first to see you when you regain consciousness?
