Witness Statement: We where travelling along Laffak Rd by car and spotted a strange object in the sky which looked to be travelling faster than an aeroplane. As it was dark we could only see the lights from the objects which appeared to have 2 white and 1 red, as the 2 white flashed a red light in the centre of the object appeared and seemed to vibrate/move. As we arrived home to Haydock we could see the object more clearly, it circled overhead around 6 times over a duration of approx 30 minutes at one point the object moved at great speed across a short distance in a split second. The strangest thing we noticed was we could hear no engine noise as you would expect from an aeroplane/helicopter only a very slight high vibration. I am excited after reading previous reports in St Helens in January and it has convinced the most hardened sceptic.
