I did WAY too much the last couple of days and it all caught up with me. I've been flaring again. Mostly fatigue and some pain this time.
I spent the day reading or playing video games. I wasn't foggy, so I could (can) do some things, but essentially, Friday was a lot to handle and even with all the help it was a bit much.
It doesn't help that getting all excited makes it hard for me to sleep at night sometimes…
Le sigh.
