Hi Steve,
Something odd happened at our apartment recently. I can’t stop thinking
about it. We received notice from the leasing office that Indiana Power &
Light (IP&L)would be installing more efficient faucet adapters, shower head
and florescent bulbs. I find it highly unusual for IP&L to make such an
effort instead of the water Co. and we have a maintenance department on
site. I already had the bulbs installed, but I get the feeling our place
was being inventoried. Since when does the power guy install water saving
features? Been here 7 years and never saw them before. Anybody else seeing
this?
