The Northwest is being hammered by rain and snow. They have had over 7” of rain in two days, some major flooding is occurring and 13,000 homes are without power.
Washington
• Several roads flooded (mud/landslides)
• More than 7 inches of rain fell – during 2 day period
• Flood warnings issued for the following rivers;
• Skokomish Chehalis, Naselle,
• Newaukum, Satsop, Grays and Willapa rivers
• Power Outages
• Estimated peak outages of 24,000 (media reported)
• Approximately 13,000 customers remain without power
• No estimate for full service restoration
• No fatalities reported
• No request for FEMA assistance
