Comment #1: I think it would be AWESOME to ice climb. If I had the right gear and time, I sure would because I’m always up for a new adventure!

Comment #2: I remember the first time I saw this being done. We were in Colorado and on the Peak to Peak hightway between Estes Park and Golden. I had to do a double-take. Certainly a way to train for Everest.

Comment #3: Definitely. There is some danger, but there is in nearly everything you do. Belaying, and tie ins keep you nearly completely safe. Fear ruins the most exciting, and best out door activity.

Comment #4: Done it, and loved it. Helps you to see an ice face as a possible way out, rather than an impossible barrier. But you need the right tools for the job!
