An interesting how-to on making your own candle “heater” using nested ceramic pots. The idea is the candle slowly heats the pots and the built-up heat is slowly released. In a SHF scenario this can both light and heat a small area (not much…but enough to prevent freezing to death). http://ow.ly/jVIXR
