Commenter 1: “I tried this in SE TX. Doesn’t work here. Too much humidity.”

Commenter 2: “I know how to make the evaporation refrigerator only.. with clay pots and sand.”

Commenter 3: “When we went survival camping we put watermelons in a running stream in hot weather in the summer and they were ice cold, after that we did it whenever camping. This will work for insulin and other items sealed in the proper packaging and tied down properly. It can drop the temp enough to keep it from spoiling.”
