Columbia, MO --(Ammoland.com)- MidwayUSA is excited to announce the addition of Adam Augustine to the Company as Customer Relationship Manager. Augustine will be responsible for Customer information management, Customer behavior analysis and a variety of other CRM and market research activities.

I look forward to bettering our understanding of Customer needs and values in order to improve Customer satisfaction and the shopping experience.”

Prior to his employment with MidwayUSA, Augustine earned a Master’s Degree and his Ph.D. in Psychological Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Rochester and has contracted with several companies to provide quantitative/qualitative market and customer research services.

“Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Company Goal and Adam plays a big part in our efforts,” said Jon Hardin, MidwayUSA eCommerce Marketing Manager. “We want to deliver highly relevant communications to our Customers, and make every interaction one they will want to pay attention to.
