This first of the “Effects of a Nuclear Bomb on a City” focuses on what would happen if a terrorist or rogue nation were to detonate a 20KT bomb near the center of a city. It focuses on the effects as viewed from city dwellers in three different locations at varying distances. Some of the destruction may surprise you, the lack of destruction for some may be even more surprising. Stay tuned for parts 2 and 3 where the Tin Hat Ranch looks at a 500KT and 20 Megaton warhead.
