Light-Anywhere Matches
Melissa Spokes asks, “I’m having a really hard time finding light-anywhere matches. Does anyone know why this is, and where I can find them? Did they pull them off the market or something?”
Comment #1: get a magneisum bar with a stryker, then you dont need em
Comment #2: just get the wooden ones and dip them in wax.. eagle brand at any place that sells wood stove products..
Comment #3: If you put a lucifer match (strike anywhere) in the barrel of a daisy BB gun and shoot it at a brick wall, it will explode…..

Comment #5: There’s also an Instructable for making your own from strike-on-box type. Message me privately and I’ll send later when I can. And an Instructable for making “über-matches” using multiple strike-anywhere matches, cotton, and wax. Made them with my scouts last week – they are awesome!!
Comment #6: Lucifers – strike anywhere matches – are very hard to come by. I haven’t found a local source, either!
