Why We Are A “Generation Of Dummies”
Everyone always likes to talk about how most people are “sheeple”, “dumb”, or easily manipulated zombies.
But this video talks a bit about WHY that is the case… and how it has everything to do with science.
Very thought provoking.
Oh… and just in case you think I would be one to use this type of argument for more school funding or teachers… I don’t.
I’ve never met a teacher who’s led the life I wanted to live in a field of my dreams. That’s not to the say they don’t exist, I just never had one.
I have had coaches, that have lived the life I want… and I’ve had the good fortune and opportunity to pay them to help me along in my Journey.
I think for education to improve it needs to be more of the latter. You finding “Mentors” for your child who can prepare them for a worthwhile journey… and telling traditional teachers to hit the road.
