I wouldn’t waste my time cutting up a fish that small. If in dire straits all I had was that I would cook it whole to get everything I could out of it. Normal circumstances a fish with that little of a fillet is useless you would have to bread and fry 20 or more to get anything out of it.
What a fricking tard…..fry that effen fish whole and be done with it!
