That’s right, get some castile soap and a few items and one or two other ingredients for some of the product substitutions, and you can save a fortune on 15 cleaning and health & beauty products. We use and highly recommend Dr. Bronner’s liquid soap – all varieties we have tried have been amazing.
There a recipe/how-to for the following products – shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, baby wash, face wash, laundry detergent, spray household cleaner, glass cleaner, baby wipes, cockroach repellent, shaving lather, pet shampoo and dishwasher soap! There is also kids bubble bath, but it wasn’t so good so I didn’t list it.
Unfortunately the website with the 18 recipes is no longer online, not to worry though as I found a cached copy on the Internet Archive website. It does take a while for the page to load, but bear with it as it is worth the wait.
