“I got a pressure canner for Christmas and am looking for the best book for canning. Do your fans have any favorites?

- Don’t just trust any ole recipe. You could end up dead or killing someone else. If your new to this and look up a recipe you don’t know if all ingredients are safe. Always start off with a book thats been proven safe until you learn about these things first.
- I bought the Ball Canning book and love it!
- Get the Ball Blue Book. Just about everything you’ll need is in it. Have fun!
