E-Mail Updates Problem
Google’s Feedburner seems to be working now for most of the email subscribers. All but about 200 of my email subscribers are getting the daily site updates.
If you are not getting them, there are two options:
1) Sign up for the email updates under a new email address. New subscribers are getting the updates.
2) Unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe now” link at the bottom of any of the previous email updates that were sent out. The problem began some time after April 2nd, so you should have a daily email in your “deleted” email folder on the dates before then. After unsubscribing, re-subscribe using this link.
Several readers have written to tell me that this technique has been successful.
I still don’t know why Google is having this problem. If it persists, I will look at migrating the email updates to a custom program hosted on my server.
