MANDEVILLE, LA --(Ammoland.com)-  It’s the latest court victory in New Jersey, a society for 16 gauge enthusiasts, a religious group fighting for gun rights, a giveaway announcement from Smith & Wesson, and more, this week on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.

New Jersey Attorney Evan Nappen, one of the most well-known gun rights attorneys, comes to Gun Talk Sunday with info about the latest victory against the Jersey City Police and the additional forms they required when applying for a firearm purchase permit.

Doug Oliver is a graphic designer by trade, and the Managing Director of The 16ga. Society in his down time.

Founded in 2003, the “Society exists to serve as a rallying point for 16ga. gun owners for the exchange of useful information. It also acts to advocate and promote the gauge to gunmakers, ammo manufacturers and the sporting media.”

Oliver visits Tom to discuss his favorite gauge. Find out more at www.16ga.com

Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, or JPFO for short, has three main goals: “1. Destroy so-called “gun control” (code words for disarming innocent people). 2. Expose the misguided notions that lead people to seek out so-called “gun control”. And 3. Encourage Americans to understand and defend all of the Bill of Rights for all citizens. The Second Amendment is the “Guardian” of the Bill of Rights.” Founded in 1989 by the late Aaron Zelman, JPFO initially began by “educating the Jewish community about the historical evils that Jews have suffered when they have been disarmed.”

However, JPFO has and always will welcome people of all religious beliefs with the goal of opposing gun control policies. Executive Director Charles Heller stops by Gun Talk to discuss the organization. Find out more at http://jpfo.org/.

Also on the show, Smith & Wesson’s Paul Pluff drops in with this month’s giveaway announcement. Find out more at www.guntalk.com/win.
