it is more socially acceptable to say I’m storing supply’s for a zombie attack then I’m preparing to take care of my self and family from starving people that are hungry because the supply system or power grid got interrupted for a few weeks/months. Its better to be prepared and wrong then unprepared and wrong.
It’s an ice breaker.
Exactly. Zombies are a metaphor for all that is base and vile within human society. However, people do forget that a virus does already exist that puts us in a very zombie-esque state before it kills us, one that does in fact transmit through biting. I’m already immune. Yay me.
Some people look at me like I’m crazy when I joke about the zombie Apocalypse. Others laugh along with me. I think its a matter of your perspective on life
“Zombie” is the word used for all the unprepared hordes that will want your stuff. See “Sheeple” definition. Camping skills are a big plus for when the grid goes down.
If you prepare for zombies, you’re preparing yourself for a serious pandemic, with panic & riots all guaranteed to follow. FEMA has even used zombies as a means of preparedness outreach, themselves.
If you’re prepared for the dead rising, you’re pretty much prepped (solidly) for a serious disaster.
I think it’s less scary to think of zombies (something not real) than to think of ISIS in your city…
THE ZOMBIES ARE THE CLUELESS DC PIG HENCHMEN IN EACH CITY! Your local Police Officer
Remember to keep THE POLICE STATE AND MARTIAL LAW from your local city, you need to keep your very own neighborhood POLICE OFFICERS at home and away from gathering at their POLICE DEPT! No forces = NO POLICE STATE!
