Bacon is very easy to can yourself, and it lasts pretty much forever. It would be quicker and easier for me to can my own than to look it up online and order it. Probably cheaper, too; since I’d buy it in large packages at the warehouse store. I’d even get my favorite brand that way. When I cooked it up at camp, it would taste exactly like what I make at home, except better being cooked over a wood fire.
I used to be able to buy these at a grocery store, just can’t remember where or when.
