Wilsonville, OR -(Ammoland.com)- Crimson Trace, the world’s leading brand of laser sighting systems for firearms, announces that the new “Training with Laser Sights,” video is now available to National Rifle Association firearms instructors through the NRA Instructor website.

The informative video, designed to be a teaching aid about laser sights in all types of firearms courses, was created by Crimson Trace with support by the National Rifle Association’s Education and Training Division.

“When it comes to teaching the fundamentals of shooting, laser sights are an amazing tool for the instructor’s tool box,” said John Howard, National Manager of NRA Training. “The ‘Training with Laser Sights’ video will be a valuable resource for the 118,000 NRA Certified Instructors who teach more than 800,000 students every year.”

NRA instructors teach NRA’s basic firearm courses and help train students to be competitors at the club, high school, collegiate and national levels. NRA Certified Instructors can view the video by logging in at www.nrainstructors.org.

“We’re extremely pleased to be able to make this video content available to NRA Certified Instructors,” said Gary Killingsworth , Crimson Trace Digital Marketing Manager. “The NRA has provided excellent support and forethought in ensuring that their instructors have access to the latest tools and teaching methods to help students become safer, more accurate and more confident with their firearm.”

This new educational video covers the numerous benefits of using laser sights while providing specific details about how installing and using laser sights on a firearm can: increase muzzle direction awareness, aid with sight alignment and promote a proper sight picture. The detailed footage reveals that having laser sights installed on a firearm can also make the shooter more accurate and confident by helping to improve the two most important shooting fundamentals: aiming and trigger control. Segments of the video also reveal how a laser sight installed on a firearm increases safety.

Numerous firearms experts are featured in the video which was filmed at Arizona’s Gunsite Academy. “Training with Laser Sights” covers an issue that many concealed carry firearms owners seek to master—acquiring and maintaining a sight picture during low-light conditions.

Crimson Trace manufactures nearly 200 laser sight and tactical light systems that can be easily installed on a huge selection of pistols, revolvers and long guns. All products are engineered and proudly Made in the USA.
