As I mentioned last week things have gotten extremely busy for me so this week will be formatted a bit different. I am scheduling a combination of recommended videos and from deep in the archives of MSO several “Blasts from the Past” articles that you may never have seen.
Hopefully there will be something for everyone.

This past Saturday made it to the range with a friend and sent many .22 Magnum rounds down range out of my Kel-Tec PMR 30. I continue to be impressed with this extremely lightweight and fun pistol. My PMR has been very accurate and the sites are right on the money.

Opened a jar of saltine crackers I had canned back in November of 2013. Remained crisp and tasted great. Every ate a saltine that had gone bad? Horrible.

Worked out in the garden yesterday and forced the boys into manual labor. It was a beautiful day to pull weeds. Depending on weather forecasts first plantings should be in a couple of weeks.

This past week the Obama administration had Iran and Hezbollah removed from the list of states that sponsor terrorism. Unbelievable. I assume this this was done either as a peace offering as part of their continued nuclear negotiations or simply for appearances. Obama would rather not have it part of his legacy that he negotiated and signed a deal with someone on that list. He has already made deals with terrorist before(Bergdahl) – this is just par for the course for his backward-thinking foreign policy.

Now that the warmer weather has arrived will start working more on group communications and my homemade Ham repeater.

A buddy of mine showed me his Ruger All-American bolt action rifle. His caliber of choice: .30-06. Why? Last ammo shortage he saw plenty of .30-06 sitting on the shelf while .223 and .308 was nowhere to be found. Good thinking.
