Sportsman Channel’s Guns & Ammo marathon airs Saturday, March 21
New Berlin, WI -(Ammoland.com)- “March Madness” refers to more than just the basketball tournament this time of year.
Enter Guns & Ammo’s third annual “G&A Madness” presented by Galco, where gun enthusiasts vote for their favorite guns in an online “bracketology-style” challenge that allows web visitors a chance to choose their favorite firearm in head-to-head “competition,” until a winner is determined. The contest coincides with Sportsman Channel’s Guns & Ammo marathon presented by Kel-Tec, airing Saturday, March 21 from 4–8 p.m. ET.
How it works: 64 total firearms (handguns and rifles) in four brackets with six voting rounds and one winner (sponsored by Laserlyte, Pelican ProGear, Burris and Winchester Ammunition). The contest includes prizes awarded for each round. Guns receiving the most votes in each round advance until the final four remain and an eventual winner is crowned. Guns & Ammo Madness is FREE to play and fully mobile-optimized.
In the first year (2013), Guns & Ammo Madness experienced more than 280,000 votes. In 2014, “G&A Madness” tallied more than two million votes as Tracking Point rifle outperformed its competition to win.
