- I have American Electric Power so this has happened to me 5 times this year. It’s February 17th.. So my scenario includes heat since it’s below zero. I’ve practiced so much at this I can light 5 oil lamps, 4 candles a kerosene heater and be comfy on the couch in less than 5 minutes.
- Take out my flashlight and see if the whole neighborhood is out.
- Grab a flashlight while checking on my kids.
- Aw crap, now I’m gonna miss the end…
- Its about time… What took so long. Just enjoy it.
- Finally.. I can see the stars!
