Chris Owens, Georgia Eagle Forum President, reports that S.R. 195, a request to Congress to Call an Article V Convention (Con Con) To Limit Terms for U.S. Senators and Representatives is DEAD in Georgia!! She reminds us of the opinion written by Chief Justice Burger of the U.S. Supreme Court … “There is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention…. After a Convention is convened, it will be too late to stop the Convention if we don’t like its agenda.”
