If a police officer is performing their lawful duties with integrity and nobility, they should welcome being videotaped. Increasingly, police officers treat the videotaping public with a sense of indignation when they know they are caught on tape. Why? Don’t the authorities repeatedly tell the public that if you are not doing anything wrong, you should not mind being surveilled? Why should law enforcement be treated any differently?

We are being conditioned for the full roll-out of martial law. After the Boston Marathon Bombing, the citizens of Boston grabbed their ankles and submitted to illegitimate authority. My considered advice to America is to reach for your camera. Americans should also refuse to submit to these unlawful orders. Even the individual who filmed the murder of Eric Garner has been arrested. Here no evil, see no evil. The police are now using the excuse that filming interferes with their activities. Anytime the police are allowed to use excessive force and are able to prevent the filming of their abuse, the citizens of that society live in a police state. In this case, it is called “POLICE STATE AMERICA”!
The man who filmed the murder of Eric Garner is facing charges. There are some that are contending that this is not a choke hold. How much would these officers get away with if they weren’t filmed?
Will America continue to acquiesce to the new police state without so much as a whimper? Am I free to go or am I free to be abused for minor crimes or no crimes at all, is becoming a common question. I am not suggesting that we meet the new level of police brutality with violence. Quite the opposite, the spirit of Ghandi and Martin Luther King need to be invoked and people need to passively withdraw their compliance to an increasingly illegitimate authority.

does anyone watch this video and see that the man on the ground did not go into cardiac arrest and may indeed have been still breathing as one so called officer replied. does anyone bother to ask…where is the coroners report? where did the body go after it was placed on the gurney…where is the coroberation from health…even family figures. something is rotten in denmark on both this and the ferguson progressive mess,which is still smoldering near st. louis.
