Pratt is a city in and the county seat of Pratt County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 6,835. Pratt KS. and Pratt County may be small in terms of geography and population, but the area has just taken center stage with regard to chemical and biological terrorism and the intended use of the same against the American people.
The Case of the Mysterious Abandoned Chlorine Railroad Cars
Last night, I received a call from a trusted confidant and frequent source of information, Paul Martin from Revolutionradio.org. He referenced a story that local law enforcement at both the county and city levels in Pratt, KS and Pratt County, KS., are involved in a potential terrorist event in the Pratt area.
The story involves the “discovery” of several Chinese manufactured railroad cars which are designed to transport deadly chlorine gas. The cars are abandoned along a defunct set of railroad tracks. The line is no longer in use, yet, about a year ago, these chlorine railroad cars suspiciously began to appear on this inactive railroad. The cars, in the words of Ed and Lisa Petrowsky are obscured by their placement behind trees so as to not be very visible from nearby Highway 54.
Late last evening I spoke with Ed and Lisa Petrowsky. Ed is a local farmer and his wife, Lisa, works in the local Co-op. They live on a farm near Pratt, KS in Pratt County. I could clearly hear the anxiety in their voices as they related a local story that has local law enforcement and the local citizenry in a tizzy.
Ed and Lisa had difficulty in telling me about the events in their community. As Ed was speaking, we were disconnected as I heard the words “Your call cannot be completed” while I was on the phone with Ed. I called back and I heard “All circuits are busy”. Yet, another call produced the recording that your party is no longer available and a picture of an unfamiliar person flashed across my cell phone. After being disconnected, I made no less than 5 calls to Ed and Lisa and there is not a record of even one call on my caller ID. Ed told me that he tried to call me back and the call repeatedly went to voice mail. Those of you who understand communications can clearly recognize the pattern communications interruption. Ed, Lisa and I clearly triggered key word alerts and our call was interfered with. Paul Martin was able to call the Petrowsky’s after I called him and told him what happened.
Before we were cut off, this is what I learned from Ed and Lisa. Ed has had conversations with leadership of local law enforcement with both the police department and Sheriff’s Department. Ed was told that these mysterious rail cars just showed up out of thin air. A short time ago, these cars moved approximately one mile and blocked Highway 54. Law enforcement had to shut down the highway for the better part of the day. Both law enforcement agencies have asked the locals to remain vigilant. DHS and the FBI have asked local law enforcement to do the same.
The obvious implication is that law enforcement feels that they are dealing with a potential terror event. The train cars should not have been able to move because the abandoned tracks are in such a state of disrepair that nothing could barely move on the tracks. Further, if the trains were to start moving, the air brakes would immediately kick in and stop the train cars. Nobody in law enforcement knows how the train cars made it onto a defunct railroad line. And certainly, nobody knows how these cars moved into position to block a local highway.
Ed and Lisa told me that the local Sheriff said the case was taken over by “higher ups”. I have since learned that the higher ups are DHS and the FBI. More disturbingly, Lisa told me that Co-op personnel told her that there numerous abandoned cars like this around the country that have just suddenly showed up in the past several months. Please read on because a later section will curl your collective toes.
Harvard Kennedy School of Government Toxic Study
According to a study by the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, entitled, Rail Transportation of Toxic Inhalation Hazards, toxic inhalation hazard (TIH) chemicals such as chlorine gas and anhydrous ammonia are among the most dangerous of hazardous materials. The study went on to state that “Rail transportation of TIH creates risk that is not adequately reflected in the costs, creating a TIH safety and security externality”.
After describing the nature of TIH risk the study concluded that the public’s interest is not being adequately protected. What the study did not account for are the dozens if not hundreds of Chinese manufactured TIH railroad cars, capable of wiping out the majority of the population of a small and medium sized city through the dispersal, intended or unintended, of toxic chemicals such as chlorine. Subsequently, this extensive study concluded that adequate policy recommendations and policy options as well as assessing some of the most promising means to reduce the risks of transportation of toxic inhalation hazards are not in place.
The study noted that there are virtually no emergency response protocols in place that could adequately prevent or even mitigate a TIH event, thus, posing a significant risk to the public as a whole.
Asphyxiating gas was first used on April 22nd, 1915, in a German attack on Algerian and Zouave troops. Death by inhalation is not always kind or swift. The effects are agonizing and as a result, death by inhalation of chlorine is an ideal weapon of terror.
The Chinese and Chlorine Gas
In 2014, the United States government and its Western allies said it was Assad’s forces who unleashed chlorine gas on a civilian population, in the world’s worst chemical attack in a quarter-century. Internationally, the Chinese were accused of supplying the gas.
Expert Says ISIS is Likely to Initiate A Chlorine Attack on the UK and US
Just about 20 years ago, the Japanese terrorist organization known as Aum Shinrikyo, carried out a sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway, killing more than 13 people.
“So, yes, ISIS could replicate the Tokyo gas attacks in the UK and US relatively easily … ” said Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, who was a former commanding officer at the Joint Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Regiment. Hamish de Bretton-Gordon went on to say that ISIS terrorists entering the United States and the UK will no doubt engage in Chlorine attacks on the “London Underground, in trains, or at soccer matches”. “It is very evident that ISIL are putting much time and effort into training its jihadis in the use of chlorine as a terror weapon and in particular in IEDs. “Virtually every foreign jihadi who returns to the U.S. or U.K. will have been exposed to training of this sort and will have a reasonable idea on how to use chlorine and other toxic chemicals as a terror weapon. In the U.K., up to 90 tons of chlorine can be purchased without any licenses…”
Conclusion
Anyone who believes that this much ado about nothing, is clearly not paying attention. America, and the Western civilization is entering an unprecedented time. We live in an age of unprecedented horror and many experts, such as de-Bretton-Gordon, believe that it is a matter of if not when these attacks will begin to take place.

Dave it looks like you got sucker punched on this one. Get on Google maps and follow the rail spur in both directions of where the cars are at. The spur does not tie in into any active rail line east or west or south. Looks like from the air that those coal cars and tanker cars are going to sitting there for a very long time. The only thing those tanker cars are full of is hot air.

If that was in my hometown, i’d arrange to keep an eye on that railcar 24/7. I’m sure others in my community would be interested in keeping tabs on that “accident” waiting to happen if they were aware of it, especially if the local authorities were told to stand down by a higher ‘authority’. That could only become more suspicious if there were a “training exercise” entailing a chemical leak scenario planned.
The person(s) on watch should be armed, outfitted with at least a protective mask that they know how to use and aware of their applicable rules of engagement. The idea here is not to ‘show presence’ because those intending to use violence will not let that deter them, so a low profile should be preferred.
It would also be better to have a live webcam facing it and saving the video if possible.
Hopefully, the worries are unwarranted, but at least you could meet others concerned enough to get up off the couch and do something for the community if that turns out to be true. If not, many lives could be saved and injuries prevented.

Could the gas be for fema camps ? Or is that not how chlorine is used?
I phoned Ed Petrowsky to verify this story. He tells me that these rail cars are used to haul chlorine, ethanol, and crude oil [perhaps other things too]. He is not concerned that they contain chlorine at this time. Rail cars are what is used to move crude oil from North Dakota oil fields to refineries, and this keeps the rail lines very busy.
