President Putin has delivered a scathing attack on the American government, accusing U.S. intelligence and government officials of creating and perpetuating ISIS.

When asked by a reporter on Monday about how Russia views America’s role in combating terrorism in the Middle East, Putin responded by saying:

“Most of the terrorism we see in the Middle East is because of U.S. foreign policy. But worse than that, al-Qaeda and ISIS are actually a U.S. invention, and the latter of the two Russia is currently dealing with in Syria”.

His remarks come just weeks after Presidential candidate Rick Santorum admitted that ISIS were allowed to rise to power by President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, when their administration ordered the CIA to arm and train them in Jordan in 2012 in order to destabilise the Syrian government.

Putin, however, went further saying that ISIS are completely fabricated by the US:

“We have all seen the staged beheading video leaked from Senator John McCain’s team. It was Russian hackers who exposed that. We also know the CIA trained ISIS. A U.S. senator exposed that. ISIS are a fraud. They are made in the U.S.A. and Russia will destroy them“.

Putin, who has been very vocal about destroying the illuminati in 2016, recently committed to sending more troops to Syria in the fight against terrorism. He has said that Russia will not stop until the job in Syria is done. Even if that means fighting the U.S. directly.
