Eugenics: CIA Plot To Exterminate Haitian Population Exposed
In 1937 the CIA authorised a plan to ethnically cleanse the entire Haitian population by orchestrating Plan Osorio – a U.S. government-backed project that allowed the brutal murder of 6,000 Haitians in the Dominican Republic.
Over the next few decades, the U.S. government continued its eugenics program on the Haitians via biological and weather warfare.

The dictator of the Dominican Republic, Rafael Trujillo, was not a very articulate man, and he was a poor orator; most Dominicans today would not recognize his voice.
Even after he perpetrated genocide in the Americas, the United States government continued backing the regime, partly because many US politicians agreed with Dominican plans to exterminated the Haitian population.
The assassination of the dictator did not mean the end of Plan Osorio, and after the US invasion of the Dominican Republic in 1965, plans for the elimination of the Haitian people were still in motion, with many regime loyalists still adhering to the order for genocide that they were handed; an order which involved weaponized cholera and syphilis.
These CIA-backed loyalists still hold positions of immense power in the military and politics, thus fueling suspicions that it may not have been the United Nations that was responsible for dispersing cholera after the 2010 earthquake which devastated Haiti.
Since the start of the cholera outbreak, regime loyalists have been behind laws described by legal experts as similar to those that stripped German Jews of citizenship, and today every person in the Dominican Republic who cannot prove ancestry before 1929 could be deprived of nationality.
One of the top Catholic priests in the Dominican recently revealed that planes were departing from Vieques island with the intent of worsening the current drought in Haiti, which has plunged the country into a near famine, with hunger doubling in the past 6 months.
Vieques, part of the US commonwealth of Puerto Rico, has long been a staging ground for an extensive list of experiments by the US Navy, and it came as no surprise that Plan Osorio would have that small island as its headquarters of operation.
President Barack Obama has failed to closed down Guantanamo prison because of Republican opposition in the US Congress, but rather because a suitable Caribbean alternative has not been found to the US base, which was acquired along with Puerto Rico after the false-flag sinking of the USS Maine.
There is today no need to sacrifice an American warship in order to achieve the objectives of Manifest Destiny, however, and stealth attacks can lead to the necessary crisis which could see Puerto Rico become a state, likewise precipitating a formal ascension into the Union by the Dominican Republic.
The United States may be willing to turn Guantanamo into a nature reserve, but not before it finishes construction of a planned base in the Dominican Republic, successfully doing through stealth and treaty what could not be accomplished with two brutal US invasions: formally turning the Dominican into another US commonwealth, a plan which will be fully set into full motion once a biological weapons attack is blamed on the Dominican government.
When biological weapons rain down on Haiti, know that it was CIA-backed regime loyalists, and that the ultimate objective is to occupy and turn the Dominican Republic into a US commonwealth that can replace Guantanamo and serve as a base for US experiments and endless imprisonment.
