Cop Kills Double Amuptee “No Charges Filed”

Recently, Houston Police Officer Matthew Marin was “no-billed” by a secret grand jury in Harris, Co. Texas which led to charges not being filed on this cop who executed Brian Claunch. Claunch was a double amputee confined to a wheelchair. He suffered from bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia which he was in the home of care takers designed to tend to his needs. Officer Marin claimed he felt his partner was in danger of Mr. Claunch who was merely waving a pen. This is the second time Officer Marin has killed a Houston citizen and has yet to be held accountable for this matter.
Hey, this is exactly what many American women do these days. They kill, abuse, murder, and violate the civil rights of American men and later claim ‘he abused me’. She doesn’t need to provide proof or evidence, only ‘her word’. There are women that are abused in these situations but I would bet money they are in the minority of cases. He’s dead, she claims he ‘abused her’, he can no longer face his accuser because he’s dead. A nice, tidy little social engineering sham.

He was aggressively wielding a pen? Why his partner might have gotten an ink stain on his uniform, blood rinses right out. And you know if the pen actually penetrated the skin why it might have even required a stitch or two.
No continuum of force needed, just skip right past the pepper spay and taser that I know is on the same belt as your gun, just go straight to the fire arm as a first resort.

I’m from Australia and while visiting Houston during 2009, I was beaten by a Houston cop when he pulled me off in Piney Point to check my license. He slapped me 5 times very hard on my head and kicked my back legs extremely hard. I have NO respect for any Houston cop!
