Now this is interesting. The Proposed 28th Amendment The Amendment is as follows:
“Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.”
Now the politicians will have to follow the same rules and laws they put on us! This is something worth considering, though I’m not a big fan of changing The Constitution, this amendment is something that could change the tide in this country and protect the citizen of the US from tyrannical laws applied by this or any other regime.

Even if they did pass it; John Roberts would rule it unconstitutional, and overturn it, while Obama laughs his ass off.
This amendment is looong overdue. But sadly, it will never get passed. Only through a revolution will our government be changed.

Could be a uniting issue for Libertarians and Liberals? Would help – as if we don’t get our collective act together, we are all going down with the ship.

Even if such a thing was passed, they would never enforce it. Add it to the mountain of other double standards the gov has in place. We have the ability to throw out the entire house of reps every two years. Do we do it? Nope.
Why don’t we get them to obey the first 27 Amendments and the Constitution first?
This is already the law, no need for another Amendment.
If people took the time to read the Constitution they would realize it is already there. Oh well. Welcome to the nation of illiterate sheepies. Everyone ready for shtf? You live in a city? Not good. Move to the country. At least have a good 12ga. pump shotgun.
There is an a ratified amendment that will be numbered #28 once the Department of Commerce or the Archivist of the USA notifies Congress of it’s ratification. http://www.CongressionalApportionmentAmendment.com was ratified by 1791 when Vermont voted for the amendment. What was unknown was the 1790 vote by Connecticut for all 12 of the Bill of Rights amendments. (You didn’t know there were 12 amendments?) When you insert the Connecticut vote, and when Kentucky comes in at 1792 and votes for all 12 amendments, we then had 80% of the states voting for the CAA. We have a 28th amendment.

Laws only apply to war abiding citizens. Soooo…. I dont recall anyone in power being law abiding. This is a waste of everyone’s time, it’ll just keep everyone quiet and government trusting again
