A Quad Cities police officer brutally beats department-store shoplifter without apparent provocation, and it’s caught on video. But officer escapes criminal charges – and keeps his job. He apparently rushed her because she had’clenched fists’ and appeared ‘ready to fight’.
Yet another case of just a ‘bad cop’ but there seems to be so many bad cops these days huh? i’m beginning to think that all cops are bad and only a few are good. The opposite of what you always hear. This guy is obviously a loose cannon and should lose his job for it. The whole premise of having police is to protect and serve. Get it? -Mort
Those poor officers didn’t know they were being video taped, otherwise they would have used another room. If you have the ability to do so you should watch video of officers in a police station escorting newly arrested individual’s accused of crimes into an elevator. Apparently due to budgetary issues they all tend to use really poorly made elevators becuase in between floors prisoners often come out with multiple lacerations, bruises and missing teeth.
