The Community Bankers of Iowa publish a monthly newsletter called Community Banker Update that is always rich with important information for community banks. In the April issue, I wrote a brief article on director and senior management liability for BSA/AML violations, highlighting recent remarks by Comptroller of the Currency Thomas Curry.
